Dancing Casablanca

This is the latest collaboration between Kader Attou and Mourad Merzouki, both of Moroccan extraction and with emotional ties to the city of Casablanca. On a mixture of electronic and oriental sounds they recreate the atmosphere and energy of the city through their hip-hop vocabulary spiced with acrobatics they both were taught at the school they went to in the suburbs of Lyon. Merzouki, with the world-wide success of Pixel to his credit, was dubbed “the ambassador of French hip-hop” by the Financial Times.
