Home Music Berlin: Olena Tokar (Soprano) & Igor Gryshyn (Piano)

In spring of 2020, concert halls fell silent. During those weeks, when people had to stay at home and musicians faced all their performances being canceled, a group of Berlin-based artists of international acclaim, in co-operation with awarded film producer Jan Schmidt-Garre and Naxos Audiovisual, set up a series of chamber music concerts performed and filmed at Schinkel Pavillon in Berlin. Soprano Olena Tokar sings songs composed by Dvořák, Tchaikovsky and Viardot accompanied by Igor Grishin on piano, who performs also solo – Scriabin's Piano Sonata No. 4 and Impromptus by Schubert.
