Matsena Brothers

This one-hour documentary focuses on two of the most innovative and in-demand emerging artists on the UK dance scene: the Matsena Brothers, Anthony and Kel – founders of the Matsena Productions company. Born in Zimbabwe, they moved to the UK with their family when still young children, and settled in Swansea. With footage of the family in their childhood home and of the brothers at work with members of their company, the film explores how early memories of moving to Wales affected their art, and follows them as they work on an expanded version of one of their signature pieces: Shades of Blue.
