RTV Slovenia Big Band Tour

The reportage follows the tour of the RTV Slovenia Big Band in Serbia, one of the republics of former Yugoslavia. RTV Slovenia Big Band has existed continuously since 1945 and prides itself with being among the oldest orchestras of its kind worldwide. In 2018, the RTV Slovenia Big Band performed with two fellow big bands from former Yugoslavia, the Croatian Radiotelevision Jazz Orchestra and the Big Band Radio Television Serbia. The music documentary follows the orchestra on the road to the Novi Sad Jazz Festival, where all three bands performed, and uncovers the close connection between the Slovene, Croatian and Serbian nation.
