These four instrumentalists, rooted in modernity, exile themselves in an ancestral vocal repertoire from the album Les Voix Du Monde. A funeral song with child's play sounds, Fernand Bordage leading his oxen to the ploughing in the Vendée marsh.... The working process of No Tongues is based on orality, by imitating a model towards its translation and integration into a personal aesthetic. To get as close as possible to irregular, complex vocal textures, the quartet's instrumentalists prepare their instruments with various objects: clothes pegs, decoys, wooden or metal pieces...
